The policy

14 days from purchase or delivery to return or exchange
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
Original receipt or order confirmation required
Limited Edition pieces are exchange-only
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit

How to return

In-store: bring the piece and receipt to any OVER store — done in minutes.

By courier: message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a pickup. Return shipping is free when the error is ours; otherwise Rs 450 is deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the piece arriving back with us in original condition.

Faulty pieces

A manufacturing fault within 6 months is repaired or replaced free, whichever you prefer. That's not a policy so much as pride.
